Programs & Services

  • Focuses on Career Planning, providing services such as intake, assessment, and Individual Work Plan development.

  • Offers a Pre-Vocational Workshop Series, guiding participants through Professional Hygiene, Goal Setting, Resume Writing, Job Searching, Mock Interviews, Transitioning into Employment, and Financial Literacy.

  • Stands for Train, Hone, Recruit, Integrate, Volunteer, and Employment, emphasizing skill development, job placement, and community integration.

  • Is tailored for youth aged 16-24 with developmental disabilities, offering workshops on Life after High School, Circle of Life Skills, and Dive into Yourself, along with Goal Setting, Resume Building, Job Search, and Mock Interviews.

  • Ensures retention of support for individuals who have achieved independent employment, with monthly on-site visits and ongoing coaching.

  • Mentorship Program provides tailored mentorship experiences for youth aged 16-24 with developmental disabilities, offering One to One Employer Based Mentorship, Group Mentorship, and Peer to Peer Mentorship.

  • The Kindness donation center runs on donations, kindness, and support from the community. The Kindness donation center provides gently used, clothing for adults and teens, for interviews, volunteer and internship opportunities.
